gives them the highest marks for their actual hosting, but we have little or no
information on how their other operations are powered.

The following appear to be 100% solar but are fuzzy about saying so. Judge for yourself...
Planet Mind says they
use on-site solar power generation with grid-tie for their servers. They do not provide any details
on their website.
WebCTel claims to
generate enough solar electricity on-site to power their servers 24/7. They do not claim, however, to
be self-sufficient.
Eco Web Design offers
"100% solar powered web hosting" but offers no evidence to back up the claim.
